Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Standard shipping throughout the United Kingdom typically takes 5 to 15 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and customs processing for international orders.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Any shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number within 5 business days. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@crownandwatchco.co.uk with your order number and we will issue a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label for UK orders (international customers are responsible for return postage via a tracked service).

Once we receive and inspect the watch, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Carriers

UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or DPD Next Day, both fully tracked and insured. International orders ship via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express, depending on destination.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@crownandwatchco.co.uk with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
